LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Forged 3D LLC ("FORG3D") warrants its products against defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the original delivery date. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

During this period FORG3D will repair or replace defective parts with new parts at no charge for the part. Shipping is the responsibility of the original purchaser: a flat $8.95 within the United States, or actual carrier cost for international addresses. We will send you the shipping charge before the replacement ships. FORG3D may waive the return of a defective part at its discretion.

Within 15 days of delivery you may request a refund of the item price instead of a replacement. Refunds require the item to be returned. After 15 days, replacement is the remedy under this warranty. Returns that are not defect-related are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Warranty service requires that we can identify your original order. The code on your packing slip does this automatically. If you no longer have it, your order number or the email address used at purchase will work.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE (1) YEAR TERM OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

FORG3D makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.

Except as provided herein, and excluding claims for personal injury, FORG3D is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. Except where prohibited by law, and excluding claims for personal injury, FORG3D’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

The warranty and remedies set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied, except as required by law. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

Warranty conditions

FORG3D’s One (1) Year Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

  1. This warranty covers only normal use of the product. FORG3D shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping or installation; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or Act of God; or (iii) damages incurred through irresponsible or other non-recommended practices.
  2. We must be able to identify your original order to provide warranty service.
  3. No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part furnished to the original purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty.

Warranty exclusions

FORG3D accepts no liability for problems caused by after-market modifications or improper use or improper installation of its products. FORG3D is not responsible for any loss of work (“down time”) caused by a product requiring service. This warranty is null and void if the defect or malfunction was due to damage resulting from installation or use not within manufacturer specifications. It is also null and void if there are indications of misuse and/or abuse. FORG3D will not warrant any problems arising from an act of God (lightning, flooding, tornado, etc.), or modifications, abuse, accidents, misapplication, or unauthorized repair. FORG3D will not be held responsible for typographical errors on sales receipts, repair tickets, or on our website. FORG3D makes every effort to ensure all information on our website is correct.
