Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, contact us at sales@forg3d.co to request an RMA form (return authorization). All fields in the RMA form must be completed before we can approve your return. If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior RMA will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products or special order/custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges & "Ordered Wrong Item" Requests The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. If you ordered the wrong variant or an incompatible product:

  1. Request an RMA form via sales@forg3d.co.

  2. Place a new order for the correct item.

  3. Follow the RMA instructions; we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

Refund Calculation for Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original order as follows:

  • Full Purchase Price.

  • Minus original outbound shipping cost.

  • Minus the cost of the return shipping label.

  • Restocking Fee: The standard 8% fee is waived if the item is returned in new, resellable condition. If the item shows signs of use, installation, or scratches, a 25% restocking fee will still apply.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Standard returns: An 8% return processing fee applies to cover payment processing, inspection, and handling.

  • Returns after use or installation: Products that have been mounted, installed, or show wear (scratches, marks, etc.) are subject to a 25% restocking fee to account for loss of resale value. This includes items like the Nexus Dock, which develop surface scratches during normal use.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less the original outbound shipping charges, return shipping charges, and the applicable fees (8% or 25%). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
