Return Policy

You have 15 days from delivery to request a refund.

How to start

Contact us at sales@forg3d.co to request an RMA (return authorization). All fields must be completed before we can approve your return. Items sent back to us without a prior RMA will not be accepted.

Items must be in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

Refunds are issued at 85% of the item price. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. Items returned to us are subject to a $10 minimum deduction.

FORG3D may waive the return shipment requirement at its discretion. A waived return does not change the refund amount.

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post the credit.

Defective items and shipping errors

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, was damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us. These are handled under our Limited Warranty Policy and are not subject to any deduction.

Items we cannot accept

Digital products, custom and special-order products, sale items, and gift cards.
