COLLECTIONS: SYS-GRP Workholding

The pod lineup is sized for different workpiece scenarios. Minimus pods hold small to medium panels. Maximus pods deliver roughly three times the holding force for larger or heavier stock. Magnus pods step up further for demanding applications. Harpyie pods are shaped for narrow stock — face frames, rails, and thin boards that don't sit well under a standard round pod. FS Rail pods lock a Festool guide rail in a fixed datum position without physical clamping, so every repeat crosscut starts true. Shaper Plate pods mount directly to the Shaper Origin routing plate — the only third-party vacuum workholding built specifically for that tool.

All pods connect to a vacuum source via standard 8mm push-to-connect fittings. A shop vacuum or dust extractor running 50L/min or more provides adequate holding force for most applications. The Nexus Baseplate provides a rigid central manifold when running multiple pods simultaneously from a single source.

For workholding scenarios where a pod doesn't fit the geometry — irregular stock, angular cuts, tool-specific clamping — the BenchGrip Brackets, Orthus, and AnchorPod extend the system into bracket-based solutions. The full lineup is here in one place.
