The Origin is only as accurate as a Plate that stays put. SYS-GRP vacuum pods pull Plate flat — no clamps in the toolpath, no shift mid-pass.

The Shaper Plate stays put until it doesn't. The Origin's accuracy is only as good as a Plate that holds.

Developed after a mid-inlay scare on a commissioned job, Shaper Plate Vacuum Pods anchor through the Plate's own M5 fixture holes and pull it flat under vacuum. No modification, no clamps crowding the toolpath — align on the reticle, engage, and the Plate stays planted through the pass.

Build Your System

Both configurations anchor to the Plate's existing M5 holes; the choice is where the hold sits and how much of it you need.

Maximus A single top-mounted pod, the compact hold for standard Plate setups and tight clamping access.

  • (1) Maximus top-mount pod
  • (1) 1/4 in PU tubing, 1500 mm
  • (4) M5 x 10 mm socket-cap bolts

Corus Two side-mounted pods, one along each rail, for symmetric hold on larger or dual-sided setups.

  • (2) Corus side-mount pods (left and right)
  • (2) Corus mounting brackets
  • (1) 2-to-1 tubing splitter (1/4 in)
  • (1) 1/4 in PU tubing, 1500 mm
  • (2) 1/4 in PU tubing, 400 mm
  • (4) M5 x 10 mm socket-cap bolts
  • (4) M4 x 10 mm flat-head bolts
Key Features
  • Plate-native mounting: Anchors to the Plate's existing M5 fixture holes, with no drilling, no adapters, and nothing added to the tool.
  • Reticle alignment: Positions off the Plate reticle, so the same setup repeats without re-measuring.
  • Goes mobile: Pairs with the SYS-GRP Nexus Baseplate to run off the Grabo Pro-Lifter, Grabo Brushless, or Dewalt Grabo when the work leaves the bench.
Compatibility & Notes
  • Shaper Plate (standard M5 fixture holes)
  • Goes mobile through the SYS-GRP Nexus Baseplate, with the Grabo Pro-Lifter, Grabo Brushless, or Dewalt Grabo

I haven’t been able to use it yet.
Where can I get the multi switch like you have on your demo table

Thanks so much for your support — we really appreciate it.

The multi-switch setup you saw on our demo table is the SYS-GRP Hub. It’s the control block that lets you route and manage multiple pod lines from one spot, and it makes juggling a few stations a lot smoother.

You can find it on the site under the SYS-GRP accessories. If you need help getting things dialed in once you’re up and running, we’re always here.

Your Workflow. Without Limits.
