SYS-GRP BenchGrip Set - Verso / Max

Most vacuum workholding starts as a parts list. BenchGrip Sets arrive as a system — three configurations curated for bench-to-rail, Dash-Board PWS, and heavy-panel workflows, each packed in a FORG3D Edition Systainer³ S 76 with PodDock fitout.
The curation is the point. Each set ships with a pod mix matched to a specific workholding priority, rail inserts and AnchorDogs already included, tubing and fittings staged in the fitout — so setup starts at the bench, not at the parts bin.
Build Your System
Three configurations, each built around a different workholding priority. Pick Verso for bench-plus-rail flexibility; pick Verso Dash if your setup runs Dash-Board PWS or dual-channel extrusion; pick Max when you're holding larger panels and holding force is the priority.
BenchGrip Verso Set
Verso is built for the shop where the next job could be anything — a wide panel on the bench or a rail-guided cut along an extrusion. The pod mix covers both: Maximus for broad hold-down, Minimus Singles for targeted placement, and the Dual for middle-ground coverage. If you need one kit that follows the work rather than dictating it, Verso is the default.

BenchGrip Verso Dash Set
Verso Dash is for the maker running a Dash-Board PWS or dual-channel extrusion system who needs pods to mount below the surface, not just beside it. Offset Pods are what make this work — standard Minimus pods can't reach the workpiece geometry where Offset pods slot naturally. If you're already on that infrastructure, this is the configuration built for it.
- (2) Minimus Offset Pods
- (1) Minimus Single Pod
- (1) Minimus Dual Pod

- (6) AnchorDogs — 20 mm
- (6) M6 Rail Inserts
- (1) SYS-FIT PodDock fitout
- (1) FORG3D Edition Systainer³ S 76
- PU tubing with required fittings
BenchGrip Max Set
Max is optimized for larger panels and heavier operations where contact area is the priority. Two Maximus pods anchor broad hold-down; two Minimus Duals fill coverage across the workpiece. The trade-off is specialization — Max is a bench configuration, not a rail-versatility kit. If most of your work is "put the panel down and hold it," Max is the right call.

Key Features
- Curated pod mix: Each configuration ships with a pre-selected combination matched to its workholding priority — no guesswork on what to order.
- Ready-to-deploy storage: Every set includes a FORG3D Edition Systainer³ S 76 with PodDock fitout — pods organized, fittings staged, ready to roll out.
- Rail and bench compatible: M6 rail inserts and AnchorDogs included in every set for both extrusion-mounted and dog-hole workholding.
- System-first design: All pod formats integrate with SYS-GRP Hub manifolds, Nexus Baseplate surfaces, and BenchGrip Brackets for vertical orientation.
Add bench-edge control. BenchGrip Sets route vacuum to the pods — SYS-GRP Hub adds valve switching and quick-release at the rail edge so you can engage, isolate, and purge without stepping back to the source.
Compatibility / Notes
- Vacuum pump not included — compatible with budget vacuum pumps, VacuPress Compact 150 and larger, and Grabo / DeWalt Grabo (with SYS-GRP adapter)
- Pod mix varies by set configuration; see Build Your System above for exact contents of each set

FAQs
Which set is right for me — Verso, Verso Dash, or Max?
Start with your infrastructure. If your bench runs Dash-Board PWS or dual-channel extrusion, Verso Dash is the only configuration with Offset Pods — that's not interchangeable with the other sets. Between Verso and Max, the question is versatility vs. hold-down force: Verso covers bench and rail; Max is optimized for larger panels where contact area matters more than flexibility.
Do I need a vacuum pump?
Yes — no pump is included with any BenchGrip Set. The sets are compatible with budget continuous-duty pumps, VacuPress Compact 150 and larger, and Grabo / DeWalt Grabo with the SYS-GRP adapter. If you're unsure which pump to pair with your setup, see the Vacuum Source Guide.
What are Minimus Offset Pods and why are they only in Verso Dash?
Offset Pods are designed for Dash-Board PWS and dual-channel extrusion setups with 3/4 in thick work surfaces — they sit flush with the surface rather than proud of it, so they can stay installed without interfering with routing, sanding, or other surface operations. That always-in-place behavior is the point: no pulling pods before a pass, no breaking down the setup to do the next operation.
Can I add more pods or expand the set later?
Yes. All pod formats — Minimus Single, Dual, Offset, and Maximus — are available individually and are interchangeable within the SYS-GRP system. The PodDock fitout in the Systainer³ S 76 accommodates additional pods as your system grows.
Does the Systainer³ S 76 fit on a standard Systainer stack?
Yes. The FORG3D Edition Systainer³ S 76 is T-LOC compatible and stacks with Systainer³ M-series and other T-LOC format Systainers. The PodDock fitout is precision-sized for the S 76 interior — pods, tubing, and fittings stay organized in transit and on the bench.

This is a great system and one I’ve been waiting to find. The only reason I gave four stars is because of the confusion on how to make the connections to the valves. Especially the 3/2 release valve. I finally figured it out after some trial and error. To me, a simple basic system diagram showing what ports to connect the tubing and what ports should be plugged. I also didn’t care for how you have to mount the Hub to the bottom of the Festool MFT rail slot. You have fiddle around trying to get the Allen wrench behind the hub wings. You have to feel to get the Allen wrench in the screw. It would be easier if the hub wings had the mount locations molded on the side of the wings for easier access. These are minor criticisms that otherwise distract from an outstanding system and a better installation experience. Mine is installed now and working great. I highly recommend it.
I recently bought the Verso/Max BenchGrip Set and started using it for holding my work when sanding. It is an AWSOME kit. It held my work well and sanding small pieces can be difficult. I have also set it up on the side of my MFT for edge banding and it agin performed without any issues. If you don’t have a vac system this is the system you need to hold your work. The systainer it came in is well thought out and holds all the pieces firmly. If you need hold down power for your work this is the tool to do it. If you have any questions they are very responsive and get back to you right away. I would highly recommend this product. Check out the website throughly because they have so much more that can help your workflow.

I wish that I had these years ago, don’t wait get them now
Thank you for the kind words — it means a lot to hear that the system is hitting the mark for you. We put a ton of care into building these here in the U.S., and knowing they’re making a real difference in your workflow is exactly why we do it. Appreciate the support!
Looks well made I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. I do have a festool vac pump
