SYS-GRP FS Rail Vacuum Pods secure a Festool-style guide rail using vacuum hold, so you can place, verify, and cut with fast, repeatable rail placement — without clamp hardware in the way. Built for bench work and tested for vertical applications where traditional clamping simply doesn’t fit.

Key Features
Clamp-free rail deployment: Positions and holds a Festool-style guide rail using vacuum — fast, repeatable, and clean when clamp access is limited.
System-compatible by default: Works alongside parallel guides, rail squares, and the Festool LR32 system.
Tested beyond the bench: Proven for horizontal use and tested vertical applications where clamping isn’t an option.
Compatibility / Notes
- Festool-style guide rails (all standard widths) along with standard accessories: parallel guides, rail squares, and the Festool LR32 system
- For vertical applications, perform pre-operation testing to confirm sufficient holding force (materials vary widely)
- For long rail applications > 1700mm, add an extra pod for additional holding force: Maximus = 3 total pods; Hydraeus = 4 total pods
- For long rails with single-operator work, consider the Accessory Valve Kit to engage from the center before locking the outer pods
- For a fully mobile setup, pair with the SYS-GRP Grabo Pro Adapter Kit and a Grabo Pro-Lifter
- Grabo / vacuum pump not included

Works great. Simplified what would have been a problematic clamping situation with my track saw.
Bought these based on a recent YouTube video and was very interested in using these with my LR32 system
I can not only use the FS Rail Vacuum Pods to secure my track for sawing and routing, but with an easy 1/4" thick x 3 1/2" x1/2" shim, I can use them with my Shaper Origin Plate. Just need some longer M5 screws. Nicely made, well worth it!
Thom — Great to hear you’re getting that kind of versatility out of the FS Rail Vacuum Pods. If you’d prefer a cleaner, purpose-built setup, we actually make brackets that work with both the FS Rail and the Shaper Plate—no shims or workaround hardware needed.
We keep the website streamlined so it doesn’t get overwhelmed with every possible accessory, but if you’re interested, just let us know and we can get you set up with a pair.
And if someone ever needs to go the other direction, we also have brackets that adapt a Shaper Plate Corus pod to the FS Rail as well.
