Track saws have transformed accuracy and versatility in the shop and on the job site, but critical cuts often require clamping. While track-style rail clamps are common, they can be cumbersome, and sometimes the workpiece doesn’t accommodate standard clamping solutions.
Enter our SYS-GRP FS Rail Vacuum Pods. Designed for quick deployment on a Festool-style Guide Rail, our SYS-GRP FS Rail Pods allow you to place and secure the rail without the need for clamps.
Our SYS-GRP FS Rail Pods can be used in conjunction with standard parallel guides, rail squares, or even the Festool LR32 system to quickly and reliably secure your rail exactly where you need it. We have even tested and developed the FS Rail Vacuum Pods for vertical applications where securing your rail against a wall or other vertical surface is required*
By pairing our SYS-GRP FS Rail Pods with our Grabo Pro Adapter Kit and Grabo Pro-Lifter, you have a mobile solution suitable for job sites or when you need to bring the tool to the workpiece instead of the workpiece to the tool.

* For vertical applications it is recommended you perform pre-operation testing to assure the pods create enough vacuum clamping force due to wide variances in materials. For long rail applications >1700mm it is recommended that an extra pod is added for additional clamping force, in the case of Maximus this means three (3) total pods and for Hydraeus this means four (4) total pods.
For long rail applications where work is being conducted by a single operator it is recommended that you employ our accessory valve kit to be able to position and engage the rail from the center of the rail before engaging the outer rail pods.

Bought these based on a recent YouTube video and was very interested in using these with my LR32 system
I can not only use the FS Rail Vacuum Pods to secure my track for sawing and routing, but with an easy 1/4" thick x 3 1/2" x1/2" shim, I can use them with my Shaper Origin Plate. Just need some longer M5 screws. Nicely made, well worth it!
Thom — Great to hear you’re getting that kind of versatility out of the FS Rail Vacuum Pods. If you’d prefer a cleaner, purpose-built setup, we actually make brackets that work with both the FS Rail and the Shaper Plate—no shims or workaround hardware needed.
We keep the website streamlined so it doesn’t get overwhelmed with every possible accessory, but if you’re interested, just let us know and we can get you set up with a pair.
And if someone ever needs to go the other direction, we also have brackets that adapt a Shaper Plate Corus pod to the FS Rail as well.
I love these pods, they make using my track saw so much more accurate. Next I think I will buy the side mount pods for my workbench. Thanks
