AnchorPod FORG3D Edition is built to make vacuum workholding always ready — bench‑anchored, hose‑free on the surface, and repeatable from the first setup.
SYS‑GRP AnchorPod — FORG3D Edition is the complete, ready‑to‑run AnchorPod system: a curated kit designed as a clean, standardized setup you can install and rely on.
Build Your System
FORG3D Edition comes in two configurations — Maximus and Magnus. Pick Maximus for a versatile day‑to‑day bench kit; pick Magnus when you want broader coverage and a more “drop it and go” hold‑down feel on larger parts. Both follow the same system logic: the AnchorPods stay installed in the grid, and vacuum workholding stays ready.
FORG3D Edition — Maximus Configuration
Maximus is designed for frequent horizontal bench work where you want fast setup, clear toolpaths, and repeatable placement without rebuilding the system each time. If most of your work is “grab the part, seal it, go,” Maximus is the default.

FORG3D Edition — Magnus Configuration
Magnus extends reach and confidence for larger panels and demanding operations where stability is non‑negotiable. BenchPups add precise mechanical registration for the Magnus pod so alignment stays fast — and when shear matters, the system has the stops built in.

Key Features
- Always‑ready infrastructure: Bench‑anchored vacuum workholding that stays installed, keeps the surface clear, and keeps setups repeatable.
- Clean toolpaths by default: Built for routing, sanding, machining, and assembly where top‑mounted clamps and pods get in the way.
- Vacuum + registration, by design: Vacuum resists lift; when shear matters, add mechanical stops and indexing.
- Two configurations, one ecosystem: Both configurations scale into the broader SYS‑GRP system over time.
Add bench-edge control. The AnchorPod Edition already routes vacuum below the surface — SYS-GRP Hub brings valve switching and quick-release to the rail edge so you can engage, isolate, and purge without stepping back to the source.
Compatibility / Notes
- Compatible with 20 mm (MFT‑style) hole‑grid benches.
- Vacuum resists lift; when lateral load (shear) matters, use registration / mechanical stops.
- Vacuum performance depends on sealing quality and surface flatness.
- For setup guidance and detailed usage, see the AnchorPod Guide & FAQ.

FAQs
What's the difference between Maximus and Magnus?
Both configurations run the same bench-anchored AnchorPod infrastructure. Maximus ships with two AnchorPods and two Edition pods — built for frequent horizontal bench work where you're moving between setups and want fast, repeatable hold across the grid. Magnus ships with one AnchorPod and one larger-format Magnus pod, paired with BenchPups for precise indexing — the play here is repeat operations where the pod stays in place and workpieces come on and off quickly. If your work is varied and fast-moving, Maximus is the default. If you're running the same operation across multiple pieces and want indexed, no-fuss cycling, Magnus is built for it.
Does the Edition include everything I need to get started?
Almost — you'll need a vacuum source. Every other component is included: AnchorPods, Edition pods, Argos, AnchorDogs, gaskets, spacers, tubing, fittings, and the FORG3D Edition Systainer³ S 76 with precision fitout. Compatible vacuum sources include budget continuous-duty pumps, VacuPress, and Grabo / DeWalt Grabo with the SYS-GRP adapter.
Can I expand beyond the Edition later?
Yes. Both configurations are built on standard SYS-GRP infrastructure — additional AnchorPods, Edition pods, and Hub valve routing all integrate directly. The Systainer³ S 76 fitout is sized for the Edition contents; if you expand significantly, a second fitout or larger Systainer may be worth considering.
