Vacuum Routing Hub

SYS-GRP Hub — Control Your Workholding

$56.00 USD Taxes & shipping calculated at checkout

A quick-release shouldn't mean walking back to the pump. Hub gives the bench a control panel — a 5-port manifold that mounts to the rail with Wings, routing vacuum, isolating zones, and releasing pods right where the work is. Three bundles to start, expandable as the pod count grows.

A quick-release shouldn't mean walking back to the pump. SYS-GRP Hub puts valve routing and release control at the bench edge — under-rail for a clean install or front-face with Wings.

Standardized routing and bench-edge panels keep installs repeatable, and Valve Panels from Solo to Quint expand the system as your pod count grows.

Build Your System

The decision is how much valve control you want on day one. All three bundles share the same Wings, routing standard, and expansion path — they differ only in the panels that ship in the box.

Hub Prime: Full bench‑edge control with expanded zone switching out of the box. Wings + Valve Panel Quad + Release Panel gives you broader control from day one with more room to route, isolate, and reset across the bench. Start here if you want a more complete multi-zone setup from the start.

  • Hub Wings (rail inserts + brackets + harness hardware)
  • Valve Panel Quad
  • Release Panel
  • 5‑port manifold
  • Vacuum tubing

Hub Foundation: Full bench‑edge control, ready to work. Wings + Valve Panel Duo + Release Panel puts zone routing and quick‑release at your fingertips from day one. Install under‑rail for a clean face or front‑mount with the included Wings. Start here if your pod count is already defined.

  • Hub Wings (rail inserts + brackets + harness hardware)
  • Valve Panel Duo
  • Release Panel
  • 5‑port manifold
  • Vacuum tubing

Hub Core: Essential release‑first setup. Wings + Release Panel for fast bench‑edge purge and reset. Start here to establish the mounting infrastructure, then add Valve Panels (Solo, Duo, Trio, Quad, or Quint) as your workflow grows. Same under‑rail or front‑face options, same routing standard — minimal friction either way.

  • Hub Wings (rail inserts + brackets + harness hardware)
  • Release Panel
  • 5‑port manifold
  • Vacuum tubing

Hub Valve Panels (sold separately)

  • Hub — Valve Panel Solo — panel only
  • Hub — Valve Panel Duo — panel only
  • Hub — Valve Panel Trio — panel only
  • Hub — Valve Panel Quad — panel only
  • Hub — Valve Panel Quint — panel only

Hub Accessories (sold separately)

  • Hub — DashboardPWS Adapter — mounts Hub Wings to DashboardPWS (fasteners included; panel hardware not included)
Key Features
  • Clean integration: Under‑rail or front‑face mounting keeps the bench surface clear.
  • Standardized routing: 5‑port manifold + pre‑cut tubing makes installs repeatable across every Hub configuration.
  • Expandable by design: Add Valve Panels (Solo/Duo/Trio/Quad/Quint) as your system and pod count evolve.
  • BenchGrip‑compatible rails: Fits the same aluminum extrusion profiles you already use.
Compatibility & Notes
  • Fits all BenchGrip‑supported aluminum extrusion rails
  • Hub Wings use M5 low‑profile hardware for a slimmer profile
  • Under‑rail (hidden) or front‑face mounting options
  • Valve bodies and release mechanisms are not included with Hub panels or Hub bundles. Hub provides bench‑edge mount panels and routing kit only.
  • Compatible valve and release options and installation guidance available in the product knowledge base.
  • Setup and usage details available in the Hub Guide & FAQ.

Good hub

If you get all of the right components this system works great. And as a professional having things already made and planned out saves me time. From the Utah School of Lutherie©️, thanks!

Would have given 5 stars but no instructions included. Need instructions for
Pneumatic hook up not the purchased products.

Thank you for your feedback — and we apologize that the setup guidance wasn't as clear as it should have been.
Every FORG3D product ships with a QR code on the packaging that links directly to our knowledge base at support.forg3d.store (The Foundry). There you'll find complete setup instructions, including pneumatic hookup details, valve recommendations, and release configurations specific to your product.
We built that resource to ensure customer have everything they need — from initial assembly to integration with existing vacuum setups. If the QR code wasn't obvious or didn't scan cleanly, that's on us to improve.
You can also access the guides directly at support.forg3d.store anytime. And if you have questions while setting up, we can always schedule a call — we're here to help you get it dialed in.
We appreciate you taking the time to share this. Your workflow matters, and we want to make sure nothing stands between you and getting the system running smoothly.

Sys grp hub

I have bought several items from Forg3D over the years. All have been top quality and the hub and the total Sys Grp system is another home run.

I know it's not the trend but, it would be nice to be able to talk to someone at Forg3d

We totally get it — sometimes talking things through is the fastest way forward. While we can’t offer on-demand phone support (small team, lots of parts moving through production), we’re always happy to schedule a support or consultation call when someone reaches out.

If you ever need to chat, just let us know and we’ll set up a time that works. We’re here.

Your Workflow. Without Limits.
