The SYS-GRP Nexus is a precision-engineered baseplate that connects the lifting power of the Grabo Pro-Lifter 20 or Dewalt Grabo directly into your SYS-GRP work-holding system.
With Nexus, you can move seamlessly from lifting to clamping without swapping tools or setups — making vacuum work-holding fast, versatile, and portable.
Integration with SYS-GRP means Nexus provides an easy entry into vacuum work holding, whether you’re setting up in the shop or working on-site.
Drop your Grabo into the Nexus, connect it to your SYS-GRP pods, and you have a rigid, secure hold in seconds. The ultra-rigid 6 mm aluminum composite baseplate resists deflection under extreme suction, while its low-profile design keeps your work surface clear and stable.

They work well, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that these are 3D printed and the grabo baseplate uses 2 different styles of filament. Also the "rubber" washers seem to be 3D printed TPU. Just some quality concerns.

Materials and manufacturing techniques are selected to produce the best end result for each component. Lightweight rigid materials such as ACM are used where stiffness and low mass are important, additively manufactured components allow for complex geometries and an iterative design process, and CNC-machined parts are incorporated where precision or structural requirements call for it.
The upper cleats are a multi-material construction, combining flexible and rigid thermoplastics to enable a smooth transition of the Grabo from a vacuum source to a vacuum lifting tool. The stiffener and feet are produced from glass-fiber-reinforced ABS for strength and long-term durability. The washers are made from TPU to meet specific sealing and wear requirements without relying on off-the-shelf components or requiring design compromises.
