SYS-GRP — PodSpacers

A pod holds where it sits — push past its footprint with long or oversized stock and the far end drops, causing the workpiece to deflect and possibly break the vacuum seal. PodSpacer sets a fixed support at exact pod height in the same 20 mm or 3/4 in grid. The work rides level, and the pod just holds.

Vacuum only supports the stock sitting over the pod; everything past that footprint cantilevers and pulls the load off-balance through the operation. PodSpacer plants a height-matched support point in the adjacent grid, so oversized and long pieces stay flat, maintaining vacuum and the hold.

Key Features

• Height-matched to the pod: Sits at AnchorPod working height, so long stock rests dead level instead of pitching toward the open end.
• Anchors in the grid: Locks into a 20 mm or 3/4 in dog hole with an AnchorDog and M6 x 25 mm flanged bolt, with nothing clamped in the operation path and nothing adhered to the bench.
• Keeps the workpiece balanced: Carries the overhang on oversized or uneven stock, so the piece isn't pivoting on the pod and stressing the seal.
• Repeatable placement: Referenced to a known hole, so the same setup lands the same support point next time.
