Roughly three times the workholding capacity of a Minimus Pod — 90mm tall × 185mm wide (3.5 in × 7.25 in). Designed for the standard 96mm dog-hole pattern with additional mounting options via M6/M8 adapter.

Increased Surface Area: Significantly more workholding coverage than Minimus Pods for larger workpieces and heavier-duty operations.
Dog Hole Compatible: Works with SYS-GRP AnchorDog clamping bench dogs (sold separately) or other compatible dogs accepting an M6 fastener from the top — TSO, UJK, Benchdogs UK, and similar systems.
M8 Adapter Option: M6 fastener with M8 threaded adapter available separately for additional mounting versatility.

SYS-GRP BenchGrip Maximus Vacuum Pods
The products are all well made and of high quality. I am confused by the holding devices that I thought would fit in a 20MM hole but it doesn't. My table is set with 20mm holes on 4" centers and the holding devices seem to be on a different pattern.
Don - All of our products are setup to integrate with the standard 96mm on-center dogholes used on a wide variety of workbenches and work systems. There is some allowable tolerance to address small variations of the on-center measurement, but an additional 4mm is probably outside of this tolerance.
Work holding with clamps while sanding or routing is fine but inconvenient. I decided to try the maximus-minumus pairing. Liked them so much I bought 2 more and other products.
Really appreciate you sharing this — once you move from clamps to pods, it’s hard to go back. Glad the Maximus/Minimus combo clicked for you and that the system earned its way into the rest of your setup. Thanks for the continued support!
I absolutely love my SYS-GRP vacuum pods I recently received from Forged 3D. I needed the ability to hold material for edge banding with my Conturo and regular clamps were cumbersome and time consuming. Along comes the vacuum pods from Forged 3D. They are easy to set up and did a fabulous job of holding my materials. So much so I placed a second order for a minimus and maximus combo set.
