In the Forge Monthly Drawing — Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning.
1. Sponsor
Forged 3D LLC, Hoschton, Georgia (“FORG3D,” “we,” “us”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
Employees of Forged 3D LLC and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
3. Entry period
The drawing runs monthly, beginning with the September 2026 issue of In the Forge.
To be entered in a given month’s drawing, your subscription must be confirmed before that month’s issue of In the Forge is sent. Each issue’s send closes entry for that month’s drawing. If your subscription is confirmed after an issue goes out, you are entered in the following month’s drawing.
4. How to enter
Subscribing to the In the Forge newsletter and confirming your subscription enters you in that month’s drawing. Subscribing is free and does not require a purchase.
Subscribing has two steps:
- Submit your email address at forg3d.store/pages/subscribe.
- Click the confirmation link in the email we send you. Your entry is not complete until you confirm.
Once confirmed, you remain entered in each subsequent monthly drawing for as long as you remain eligible under Section 5. There is nothing to submit or renew each month.
Limit one entry per email address per monthly drawing. See Section 12 regarding multiple addresses.
5. Staying entered
To be included in a monthly drawing, you must be a confirmed subscriber to In the Forge and receiving our email at the time the drawing is held.
Your entry ends if:
- you unsubscribe;
- your email address is marked undeliverable after repeated failed delivery attempts;
- you report our email as spam;
- you ask us to stop contacting you; or
- you have not clicked a link in any FORG3D email in 180 days. We email you before this happens. If you click, your entry continues uninterrupted.
Resubscribing and confirming, or clicking a link in any FORG3D email, restores your entry for the next monthly drawing.
6. Winner selection
One winner is selected per monthly drawing by an automated random selection process from all eligible entries, within five business days after that month’s issue of In the Forge is sent.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in that month’s drawing.
7. Prize
One (1) prize per monthly drawing: $100 in FORG3D credit, issued as a single-use code. Approximate retail value: $100.00 USD. Total approximate retail value of all prizes in a twelve-month period: $1,200.00 USD.
The code:
- is applied as a discount at checkout;
- is redeemable only at forg3d.store toward FORG3D products;
- applies to the order subtotal and does not cover shipping;
- may not be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers;
- is valid for 30 days from the date it is claimed;
- may be used once, in a single order. Any portion not used in that order is not refunded, reissued, or carried forward;
- is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
This is a promotional discount issued at no cost as a prize. It is not a gift card and was not purchased.
No substitution or transfer of prize except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner is responsible for any taxes applicable to the prize.
8. Winner notification, claim, and use
The winner is notified only in the issue of In the Forge following the drawing. No separate email, letter, or phone notification is sent. The notification appears in that issue as delivered to the winner and includes a personalized link to claim the prize and the claim deadline.
To claim: the winner must click the claim link within 30 days of that issue being sent. Clicking the link claims the prize and issues the winner a single-use $100 code.
To use: once claimed, the code must be used within 30 days. A code not used within 30 days of being claimed expires.
If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of the issue being sent, it is forfeited. No alternate winner is selected and no prize is awarded for that month.
9. Prior winners
A winner is not eligible to win again until the following calendar year. Prior winners remain subscribed and continue to receive In the Forge; they are excluded from selection for the remainder of the calendar year in which they won.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission to use the winner’s first name, last initial, and state (for example, “Tyler C., Georgia”) for announcement purposes in In the Forge and on FORG3D channels, without further compensation.
Because the announcement is also the notification, the winner’s name is published before the prize is claimed. A published winner who does not claim within the period in Section 8 forfeits the prize.
11. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the drawing is handled per the FORG3D privacy policy. We do not sell your data. You may unsubscribe from In the Forge at any time, which ends your entry in future drawings.
12. Verification and disqualification
Sponsor may verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner before awarding a prize.
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it determines, in its sole discretion, has:
- used multiple email addresses or accounts to obtain more than one entry per monthly drawing;
- provided false information;
- tampered with the entry process or the operation of the drawing; or
- violated these Official Rules.
13. Release and limitation of liability
By entering, you release Forged 3D LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the drawing or the acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor’s total liability in connection with the drawing will not exceed the approximate retail value of one monthly prize ($100.00 USD). Sponsor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
14. General conditions
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are not received, are lost, or cannot be delivered for technical reasons outside its control.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the drawing if it cannot be conducted as planned, including due to technical failure or any cause that corrupts its administration, security, or fairness.
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the drawing.
15. Governing law and venue
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the drawing shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
17. Winner list
To request the name of a recent winner, email sales@forg3d.co within 90 days of the applicable drawing. Requests and responses are handled by email only. We do not accept mailed requests and do not mail winner lists.
