4" Exhaust Adaptor for Black Box Vacuum Solutions

Forged 3D utilizes CNC solutions as part of its production process. And vacuum tables dramatically increase the efficiency of workholding and production operations with a CNC. The downside however, is the waste heat created by running power vacuum pumps to achieve these efficiencies.

Forged 3D created a solution for its use and we are making available to other users of the Black Box Vacuum Storm and Cyclone Series of vacuum pumps. Manufactured from High Temperature Carbon Reinforced Nylon, our 4” Exhaust Adapters can be used with standard thermally shielded 4” exhaust hose to allow for effective evacuation and direction of waste heat to a building’s exterior.
