SYS-Sort drawers and Systainer³ Organizers never agreed on a bin format, so the same smalls end up living in two incompatible systems. The SYS-GRD SYS-Sort & SYS-Combi Drawer Insert ends the split. Drop it into a SYS-Sort or SYS-Combi drawer and it accepts Tanos Systainer³ Organizer bins and SYS-ORG bins interchangeably. We built it because that incompatibility was an active, ongoing frustration.

  • Unified bin compatibility: Accepts both Tanos Systainer³ Organizer bins and SYS-ORG bins in the same drawer — no adapter, no compromise.
  • Flexible set sizes: Available in 1-SYS-GRD, 2-SYS-GRD, and 6-SYS-GRD sets to fit out a single drawer side through a complete SYS-Sort IV/3.
  • Center drawer option: Available for the center portion of a SYS-Sort IV/3 drawer — single drawer or complete IV/3 fitout.
Compatibility & Notes
  • Compatible with T-LOC style SYS-SORT and SYS-Combi drawer units from Tanos / Festool only.
  • Not compatible with current SYS3 Sortainer or SYS3 Combi — the drawer cavity dimensions changed with the SYS3 generation. If you have a current-generation SYS3 unit, this insert will not fit.
  • SYS-Sort IV/3 supported with a full fitout option.
  • Works with all SYS-ORG bins and standard Tanos Systainer³ Organizer bins.
  • For tight height tolerances at the rear grid row: 50 mm × 50 mm × 34 mm or 50 mm × 100 mm × 34 mm half-height bins are recommended.
