Rail slides are only as straight as the holes behind them. The SYS-RLZ Installation Template registers drill layout against your existing 32 mm system holes or directly off the cabinet front face, so the layout is decided before the bit touches wood.

Build Your System

Choose by the size of the install. Runt registers insets with a square you supply; Ogre builds squaring and spacing guides into the template itself.

Quick single-install registration. Uses existing 32 mm system holes or the cabinet front face with a user-supplied square to locate correct insets (1 mm, 5 mm, 15 mm). The right choice for one or two rail slides.

SYS-RLZ Installation Template — Ogre

Full-featured registration and squaring in a single operation. Built-in squaring guides eliminate the need for a separate square; preset spacing guides minimize wasted cabinet space when installing multiple Systainer³ Organizers side by side.

Excellent Template….Makes life easier

I ordered the Ogre Installation Template from Forged 3D and put it to use yesterday in my shop on a newly built set of shop cabinets. I dimensioned the cabinets to fit Sys AZ drawers for my Systainers but wanted to combine the use of the SYS-RLZ (rails) from Forged 3D for several M 112 Systainers as well. The template made it fast and easy to drill the holes for mounting the rails. Well worth the few $$ for the template.
