Want to simplify the installation of your new SYS-RLZ - Systainer3 Pro Rail Guides? Get one of our installation templates to aid in installation. Both the Runt and Ogre versions allow you to register the template to an existing 32mm system layout or register directly off the front of your cabinet with three (3) different insets (1mm, 5mm, 15mm).
- SYS-RLZ Runt Installation Template - Our simple template allows quick registration for correct insets using either existing 32mm system layout holes or off the front of the cabinet when paired with a user supplied square
- SYS-RLZ Ogre Installation Template - Our more full featured template allows quick registration & squaring of drill guides with correct insets using either existing 32mm system layout holes or off the front of the cabinet. Also include preset spacing guides for use when installing multiple Systainer3 Organizers to minimize wasted space
Templates are designed to be paired with either the Festool 5mm Centrotec Self-Centering Bit or the Snappy Tools 46005 - 5mm Shelf Pin Drill Guide allowing for a quick & seemless installation process.
Each kit comes with precision cut acrylic template & required registration pins.

I ordered the Ogre Installation Template from Forged 3D and put it to use yesterday in my shop on a newly built set of shop cabinets. I dimensioned the cabinets to fit Sys AZ drawers for my Systainers but wanted to combine the use of the SYS-RLZ (rails) from Forged 3D for several M 112 Systainers as well. The template made it fast and easy to drill the holes for mounting the rails. Well worth the few $$ for the template.
