Full-face registration on Cardo starts with small-face registration underneath it. Corso dogs are built to the spec Cardo Square and the Cardo 320 / 640 bars depend on, and they work just as well as everyday bench dogs anywhere in your shop. Corso 11 and 16X set a stop just below the face of 12mm and 18–19mm stock; Corso V cradles round stock from 1/4" dowel to 1" conduit. 6061 aluminum, anodized FORG3D orange, sold in pairs.

Corso 11 (pair) — Stands 11mm above the bench — the stop for 12mm stock. Flat top reference face.

Corso 16X (pair) — Stands 16mm above the bench — the stop for 18 and 19mm stock. The X marks its long shank, which passes through a Cardo body and into the bench hole below. Flat top reference face.

Corso V (pair) — A 110° groove cut across the full diameter of the head — a saddle, not a clamp — for dowel, rod, pipe and conduit from roughly 1/4" to 1".

  • Heights sized to material: Each dog finishes just below the top face of the stock it stops, so nothing stands proud of the work.
  • Say the name, know the number: Corso dogs are named for how far they stand above the bench. Corso 11 stands 11mm; Corso 16X stands 16mm.
  • A saddle for round stock: Corso V's 110° full-diameter groove cradles round stock without clamping it.
  • Flat reference faces: Corso 11 and 16X carry a flat top face to register against.
  • Machined, not molded: 28mm heads, 6061 aluminum, anodized FORG3D orange.
  • Part of a system: Corso is the dog platform the Cardo system registers on. Corso 16X ships in both Cardo kits and works through a Cardo body.
Compatibility & Notes
  • Fits any 20mm dog hole: SYS-SRF surfaces, Festool MFT and MFT-style tops.
  • Corso dogs stop, register and cradle. They do not hold work down against a cutter and do not replace a vacuum pod or clamp.
  • Past about 1" diameter, round stock outgrows the Corso V head — use a dedicated V-block.
  • Corso Slot Grip, Slot Glide, Tack and Bore are part of the Cardo system and ship in Cardo kits.
